Wayne and his partner came to do a set of curved stairs from our deck using tumbled roman stones. They had to tear apart our old wooden steps, and in place of that built a very beautiful and sturdy, large set of stairs. The guys were always very polite, professional and pleasant with my wife who oversaw the project. We have heard many great things about their work in the past, and they did not disappoint! I would highly recommend them. And thanks again Wayne for the extra clean up that you did for Deana & I - you went above and beyond.

We would like to thank Wayne and his crew of very professional men, for a really nice maintainence job. It was more than 5 years since we had Patio Magic in to start our landscaping projects. The first was a Patio between the house and garage. This winter was especially hard on the Patio, and it did a bit of moving in an undesirable way. I called Wayne to see if he remnembered me, and with no hesitation said, "of course", and took "the ball" in his court to come out and see the Patio and walk ways.

Wayne and his crew arrived last Friday, and completed the job with the stong sun beating down on them. It looked brand new again, and you would never know the winter's revenge had even taken place. The best part is, it was a "Warrenty" job!! It was Wayne's word and a hand shake,..not something you would see much of today. Just browsing the Patio Magic web page reminded me of this time last year when we were waiting for Wayne to arrive with his crew to transform our back yard. And what a joy we expireced after the work was complete. Indeed the transformation was "MAGIC". We are so looking forwrad to enjoying our patio again this year thanks to Wayne and his crew. It would be remiss of me if I did not say how much l enjoyed the whole team they where a joy to have around our home the work is truly magnificent and the work ethic the same. Our back yard is on a 35 degree slope backing on to a ravine. It featured grass (difficult to cut and useless to play on) and a natural wooded area. In 10 days (it took that long because of daily rain) Patio Magic replaced the impossible grass with three tiers of planting areas and patios connected by stairways and paths. The natural area has been transformed with two running streams and waterfalls – think Big Hill Springs Park in Calgary. Patio Magic was knowledgeable, enthusiastic, full of ideas and suggestions, and able to execute a major project on time and on budget. We were away for much of the construction process and had to leave many construction decisions and finishing details, including variances, for Patio Magic to make. It was a pleasure to have the Patio Magic crew on our property, and there has been great follow-up since completion. We are absolutely happy with the results and we would give Patio Magic the highest recommendation.

From our first contact with Wayne & Cody, at our local Trade Fair, we were impressed by their display. When speaking with these two most personable gentlemen, we continued to be impressed, and decided to retain Patio Magic's services, & expertise. Wayne and his crew laid in a beautiful front patio and walkway for us several years ago, and we have been delighted not only with the original work but with their great customer service since. We had some bricks moving near/under our stairs this summer, and had contacted Wayne for an estimate for the repairs necessary. While we were on vacation, his crew came by and just did the work, which we did not expect would be a "warranty job". Patio Magic obviously has a strong commitment to their customers on an ongoing basis. We have already referred them to our neighbours, who had a sidewalk installed, and we will continue to do so in the future.

Our first impression of Wayne was of professionalism, trust and honesty. During the pond installation, his team provided the backbreaking hard work and the detail to make our yard a successfull project. During the three week installation, Wayne and his staff were curtious to our neighbours in making sure to minimize any inconveniences. What ever Wayne committed to, he followed through to his word. My wife and I could not be any more satisfied.

We decided to replace our backyard "deck" with a patio.

Patio Magic placed an ad in the St. Albert Gazette, so we thought we'd make the call and just see. Patio Magic come in quickly and very reasonable. Once we aw them actually do the work, we were pretty impressed. We had no wait, no inconvenience and no disappointments. Reasonable price, great work and a professional job.

The whole crew arrived when they said they would, and completed our job in a most professional way. There was dirt to remove, send to be brought in and much leveling to be done. He took care to protect our existing lawn with plywood to carry away and/or move what he needed to.

He promised a completion time, but we changed our minds and consequently changed his original estimate. He accommodated us, incorporated our changes and finished the same day he expected to. He and his crew worked a little harder, a little longer but achieved what he promised.

We are very happy with the work done, the professional way it was done, and the end result. We recommend Patio Magic, and Wayne himself for any work you need done.

We are writing to highly recommend Patio Magic.

In fact, we were so pleased with the results, we invited Patio Magic back this summer to remove our main cement sidewalk and replace it with the same cobblestone design.

The results both years have been amazing!!! We love the look of our outdoor space!!! Truly impressive.

Roy and I worked collaboratively with Wayne to develop individualized design plans for both our projects. He was open to our ideas, adding him considerable expertise to refine them into a project plan. He is able to explain concepts and clarify ideas in an easily understandable manner.

Wayne pays particular attention to detail, frequently making the stone cuts himself. He often goes above and beyond to add decorative design details which enhance the finished product. For example, last summer when creating the sidewalk on our boulevard, he created a semi-circle design accented with small decorative stones to showcase the price.

The Patio Magic crew, clad in matching company T-Shirts, is hard working, conscientious, and polite. In addition, Wayne and his crew keep the work site very clean and safe.
