In 2010 Patio Magic did a major landscaping project for us that involved extensive terracing, the construction of retaining walls and stairs as well as a significant water feature. We then had Patio Magic back in 2012 and 2015 to build new front sidewalks and entrance steps, and this year a new driveway and parking pad. The fact that we have hired Patio Magic three times should speak for itself but I would like to stress how satisfied we have been with the total Patio Magic experience, from design through all stages of construction. Patio Magic is an established company and has always been available to us for any small maintenance or repair issues that arise.

Wayne and his wonderful crew worked hard and gave me an amazing front yard. It was featured in Patio Magic 2015 calender under the month of March. More impressive was the after sale service. There was some subsidence and this was dealt with promptly. Eventually, my backyard will also need a total overhaul and I will have no hesitation in using Patio Magic again.

We hired Patio Magic to do a fairly extensive makeover of our back yard. We have been nothing less than pleased with the process and the outcome. We had some of our own ideas what we wanted and liked, but Wayne was instrumental in coming up with the overall plan. He had very good suggestions for what to include and where to place things to be the most eye appealing and enjoyable. He incorporated our ideas and wants into the design while adding his expertise and experience for the best end result. Any changes we requested while the work was in progress were accommodated without hesitation. While the work was in progress, his crews were very pleasant to have on our property and left the site tidy at the end of each day. They were really great guys to have on site and were approachable with questions we had.

It is very hard to find good contractors and Patio Magic certainly is top notch from start to finish. We already have other projects in mind and will hire Patio Magic to complete them in the near future.

Elaine and I are thrilled with our new patio, which Patio Magic installed in the late fall of 2014. Wayne met with us at the end of a day, and we did the design onsite. We described ideas; Wayne translated that into the potentials and limitations of pavers and the three of us were agreed based on discussion and hand gestures. We had a quote in two or three days and a crew working about a week after that. When the Patio Magic crew arrived they did the complete clean out and construction in about a week. The crew answered questions, responded to requests and incorporated modifications as we went. After their work, we had a beautiful patio, the posts for a fabulous pergola, and a totally cleaned worksite.

The result is better than I had ever imagined it being. If my new space wasn't going to last forever, I would call on Wayne and Patio Magic in an instant. I have no hesitation in recommending that you do the same.

We had Patio Magic replace our paving stone patio and retaining walls at a home we bought in 2013. The professionalism, expertise and knowledge Wayne and all his crew have are second to none. From the initial visit Wayne made, we could not have been happier with how we were treated. Wayne always had time to answer our questions and help us make the right design decisions with our project. We had a crew of at least six workers for a week, each one of them was courteous, hard working and did not cut any corners with any aspect of the project from arrival in the morning through to clean up at the end of the day. Even our neighbors were impressed and commented daily on the crew and their work ethic.

The final result is amazing, and even better than we expected. We enjoy our yard more than we could imagine now and would recommend Wayne and Patio Magic to anyone who asked. Thank You Wayne and crew!
