Wayne and his crew laid in a beautiful front patio and walkway for us several years ago, and we have been delighted not only with the original work but with their great customer service since. We had some bricks moving near/under our stairs this summer, and had contacted Wayne for an estimate for the repairs necessary. While we were on vacation, his crew came by and just did the work, which we did not expect would be a "warranty job". Patio Magic obviously has a strong commitment to their customers on an ongoing basis. We have already referred them to our neighbours, who had a sidewalk installed, and we will continue to do so in the future.

We had looked forward to having our landscaping done and yet were a bit anxcious about how our ldeas and the contractors' ideas would mesh to bring about a satisfactory result.. We could not have been happier with the whole process . Wayne you were such a vital part of it all. The patio you and your crew laid was just the perfect accent our yard needed. We so valued your professionalism and workmanship. It was a real pleasure to watch the work progress. Your workers worked hard yet created a pleasant atmosphere throughout . We are enjoying our patio and will not hesitate to recommend your company to others.

Our first impression of Wayne was of professionalism, trust and honesty. During the pond installation, his team provided the backbreaking hard work and the detail to make our yard a successfull project. During the three week installation, Wayne and his staff were curtious to our neighbours in making sure to minimize any inconveniences. What ever Wayne committed to, he followed through to his word. My wife and I could not be any more satisfied.

We would like to thank you for the impressive work you and your staff did designing and creating our patio. You took the time to explain what would be done and how it would be accomplished. The extra care you took ensuring the patio foundation was laid perfectly was most impressive. You definitely did not take any short cuts getting the job done.

We decided to replace our backyard "deck" with a patio.

Patio Magic placed an ad in the St. Albert Gazette, so we thought we'd make the call and just see. Patio Magic come in quickly and very reasonable. Once we aw them actually do the work, we were pretty impressed. We had no wait, no inconvenience and no disappointments. Reasonable price, great work and a professional job.

The whole crew arrived when they said they would, and completed our job in a most professional way. There was dirt to remove, send to be brought in and much leveling to be done. He took care to protect our existing lawn with plywood to carry away and/or move what he needed to.

He promised a completion time, but we changed our minds and consequently changed his original estimate. He accommodated us, incorporated our changes and finished the same day he expected to. He and his crew worked a little harder, a little longer but achieved what he promised.

We are very happy with the work done, the professional way it was done, and the end result. We recommend Patio Magic, and Wayne himself for any work you need done.
